Kathy grew up in Inver Grove Heights, MN before venturing off to attend Jamestown College (now The University of Jamestown) in North Dakota. Anxious to return to Minnesota, she has since made her home in South St. Paul with her husband, daughter, and two cats.
She has been a member of the Andy Burton Team since 2012 and truly enjoys working with all of their clients as they achieve their homeownership dreams. In her free time, Kathy enjoys being home with her family, reading a good book and attending roller derby events.

Kelly has been in the mortgage industry for 8 years. She began her career with Wells Fargo, where she had the opportunity to work in several different departments including Corporate Relocation, Wholesale Lending and Centralized Retail. She worked her way from processing loans to become a Conventional Loan Underwriter. She is grateful to be working for Waterstone Mortgage on The Andy Burton Team, where she continues to learn different areas of mortgage lending.

Originally from New Richmond, WI, Cheryl began working at the age of 15 in the restaurant industry. It was there that she learned the importance of customer service and she has carried that with her throughout her career. Cheryl began her career in the mortgage industry in 1989 while working at a small hometown bank. Her experience has proven to be a great asset to adapting in an ever-changing mortgage industry.
In 1995, Cheryl and her husband bought their home in St. Mary’s Point, MN. They love living in the St. Croix Valley area and enjoy walking, biking and boating on the beautiful St. Croix River.
